Practice, Engage, Utilize, Model

These three skills are not tools you can increase frustration tolerance, pace your emotional health and keep things in perspective by practicing them, engaging in them, utilizing them and modeling them.
I kept this short and sweet now go practice self-care, engage in self-compasion and utilize stress-recovery and confidentily model all three. They are not rewards you can enjoy once the struggle is fought, they are not rewards for “good behavior.”
