As a clinical therapist I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and children in a variety of settings. Being a part of another’s journey of healing and change is something I find a privilege as well as a great responsibility. I strive to create a safe environment in therapy by facilitating open communication, fostering self-exploration and promoting personal growth. I typically practice under a cognitive-behavioral umbrella and am complex-trauma trained. I am an active professional member of Postpartum Support International.
I am a mother of 4, and a wife to my better half. I climb into bed at the end of the day exhausted, and excited to wake up with a fresh start and do it all over again. I like to think I am full of adventure and treasure my experiences traveling the world and learning from other cultures and people. I enjoy trying new things and welcome new experiences. A sturdy hair elastic and my running shoes are some of my most valued possessions.
